The gaming industry in India has seen significant growth in recent years. It is driven by several factors such as:

  • Increasing smartphone and internet penetration,
  • the rise of esports, and
  • the popularity of mobile gaming.

According to a report by FICCI and EY, the Indian gaming industry is expected to grow at a CAGR of 32% between 2020 and 2025. It can reach a market size of INR 187 billion (approximately USD 2.5 billion) by 2025.

Key Drivers

One of the key drivers of the gaming industry in India is the increasing adoption of smartphones and internet connectivity. According to a report by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), the number of internet subscribers in India reached 743.19 million by the end of March 2021, up from 718.74 million in December 2020. This growing internet connectivity has led to an increase in the number of gamers in India, with mobile gaming being the most popular form of gaming in the country.

Mobile Gaming

Mobile gaming is expected to continue driving growth in the Indian gaming industry. According to the FICCI-EY report, the mobile gaming segment is expected to grow at a CAGR of 40% between 2020 and 2025, reaching a market size of INR 132 billion (approximately USD 1.8 billion) by 2025. This growth is driven by several factors such as the increasing popularity of smartphones, the availability of affordable data plans, and the growing demand for localized content.

The demand for localized content is particularly significant in India, where players often prefer games that are adapted to Indian culture and preferences. This has led to the rise of game developers and publishers that specialize in creating games for the Indian market. For example, Mumbai-based game development company, Nazara Technologies, has become one of the leading players in the Indian gaming industry by focusing on developing games that cater to Indian audiences.

Gaming Industry in India is Booming

In addition to mobile gaming, other segments of the gaming industry in India are also expected to see growth. For example, the FICCI-EY report notes that the PC gaming segment is expected to grow at a CAGR of 20% between 2020 and 2025, reaching a market size of INR 19.4 billion (approximately USD 260 million) by 2025. Console gaming is also expected to see growth, driven by the increasing availability of affordable gaming consoles such as the Sony PlayStation and Microsoft Xbox.

Other Factors

Another significant factor driving growth in the gaming industry in India is the rise of esports. Esports refers to the professional competitive gaming industry, where players compete against each other in organized tournaments and leagues. Esports has become increasingly popular in India, with major tournaments such as the Indian Premier League (IPL) drawing millions of viewers and offering significant prize money.

The FICCI-EY report notes that the esports segment in India is expected to grow at a CAGR of 34% between 2020 and 2025, reaching a market size of INR 11 billion (approximately USD 150 million) by 2025. This growth is driven by several factors such as the increasing popularity of multiplayer games, the rise of online streaming platforms such as Twitch and YouTube, and the growing interest from investors and sponsors.

SUMMARY

Overall, the gaming industry in India is poised for significant growth in the coming years, driven by increasing internet connectivity, the popularity of mobile gaming, the demand for localized content, and the rise of esports. This growth is expected to create new opportunities for game developers, publishers, and other players in the industry. It is also expected to have a significant impact on the Indian economy

  9. When others promote your blog post, you’ll be tagged and recognized on their social network accounts.
  10. As a result of participating with other site authors and editors, you’ll be able to build long-term relationships that might lead to future collaborations.

Writing Guest Post

With regards to guest posting, you may be wondering how to go about it in the first place. Follow the below mentioned steps from writing any guest post.

Educate Yourself

The first thing you should do is educate yourself on the platform you want to apply to.When submitting guest blogs, be sure to have a clear target audience in mind. Also, be certain you’re an expert on the subject you chose to write about. Your article will be more likely to be accepted if you can show this.

Checking Host’s Website

In the next step, you should check the host’s website. This will let you know if they allow guest posts on their site. Prepare for your first guest post by learning about the host’s readership and figuring out how to make your contribution stand out. Upon acceptance, you will be required to submit several samples of your work for review. Consult the site’s linking policy before you submit your content.

Pitching your Ideas

Consider the email’s content before you send it out with your sales pitch. When pitching ideas that have been published elsewhere, it’s a good idea to offer it your unique twist. Also, it should be related to what is being published. Also bear in mind that how your email is written might be an indication of how well your guest post will be accepted by the recipient(s). If you just have a good headline, it’s not enough. Clarity and readability are important considerations for editors.

Knowing Intended Audience

It’s essential to keep the intended audience in mind while writing a guest post. Knowing who the host’s intended audience is is significant. After all, you are not addressing the audience of the host.

If you want your article to resonate with the host’s audience, you must do it in a way that is consistent with your brand. To ensure that your guest post is well-received and appreciated, you must follow a few simple rules.

A well-written guest post with a strong backlink profile is a sign of quality. Links should be related to the blog’s content. You should include both internal and external connections to important resources on your site.

An excellent guest post will have a large number of backlinks from relevant pages on the site as well as links to your own.

Be Origional

With your guest article, you may also address a certain audience. Make sure your guest post displays your individuality and flair before submitting it for consideration.

Generally speaking, the more interesting and extraordinary the content, the better. Once your proposal has been approved, you may start working on the actual material.

Find & Stick to your topic

It is important to decide on a subject that your intended audience will find interesting.  So, choose a topic that the host will like. Remember to be original and innovative when you submit a guest post to a blog or website.

You’ll have a better chance of getting published on a website if you write an insightful article. This can help your content stand out from the tens of thousands of others of a similar kind on the web, thus boosting its position in search engine results.

SUMMARY

Make sure your audience is engaged in what you’re saying before speaking to the hosts You should do some research on the blog’s readership before writing a guest post. As a result, the host will realize why you’re an expert on this subject. It will also increase the chances of your post being published.

Wisps of smoke twirling and dancing to meet the sky.

Whites, changing, mutating, till it’s one with the blue.

The push and the pulls of personalities, of achievements and ego’s, of friendship and love, of companionship, of comfort and of desire and the confusion.

There’s a gash in the sky, a standstill,a stifling silence.

A choking sensation wrecking the lungs, a dull pain in the pit, where does it go from here.

Where is it?

The promised Neverland.

How did this all happen.

A defeat which does not end.

A win, that the does not feel like a win.

The need to be patted and comforted and the utter disinterest of the world.

I open my eyes, looking over the top of laptop.

The smoke has dissipated, a variety of notes invade my ears, children laughing, dogs barking.

A lone truck, trundles down the road, and the chime of an email.

Content-Marketing-Trends

Content Marketing Trends: In the coming years it is expected to see changes in the share of the content market within the world of online. It is anticipated that by the end of this decade, the amount of content published on the Internet will exceed the total amount of Internet traffic.

What’s fascinating to observe is the manner that this trend continues to alter the ways content is developed and distributed. One of the primary reason for this is that people are becoming more busy working. Also they have less time for reading.

Many have an excessive amount of mobile communications. Additionally, the number of apps for mobile phones is also growing.

There is a rise in the amount of short videos and graphic films. These are being published and marketers have to be on top of the growing trends.

As content gets more dispersed, the need for greater categorization and SEO becomes essential.

To achieve this, content needs to be divided into the correct categories with proper keywords.

For Instance:

Case1: Someone is looking to promote a video that is about dog training. Then, it is recommended to utilize the term dog training. As and whenever posting it on YouTube and Google etc. This is also true for writing.

Case 2: A piece on hemorrhoids treatment would be more appropriate to be classified as an ebook on hemorrhoids.

MULTIMEDIA

The multimedia aspect of content is also expected to grow as Internet expands its reach. This is due to the fact that more companies will upload images and videos to their websites.

  • Media content can be anything like:
  • sales presentations,
  • introduction videos,
  • home videos and interviews,
  • conferences as well as live events and
  • even tutorials.

Prediction: This particular segment of market is expected to expand fivefold by the end of the decade.

The growth of multimedia segment of content can provide marketers with new markets they may not have considered previously. The market for certain subjects is shrinking, while others are expanding. More individuals have access to the Internet. Hence, there will undoubtedly be a larger need for information produced in a variety of forms.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The expanding of social networks into the realm of entertainment is expected to continue to grow more prominent. Social media is able to reach out to markets which were previously not thought to be interested in content.

A recent study conducted by IBM found that social media users have a more interest in learning about products than those who were not using social media. As they are continuing to gain interest in these diverse subjects, the ability to communicate with them through the internet will be increasingly crucial.

There are many different kinds of trends in content marketing that will be noticed in the next decade. These include:

  • a greater attention to customer service via podcasts and blogs, and
  • an improved experience for consumers through online reviews and suggestions.

In addition to that, the management of content is expected to continue to increase. For instance an online travel site that reviews different destinations is likely to be a hit. Video and audio will probably make it in this same category.

There are many ways that content can be shared and distributed and shared. It is expected that trends in marketing content in the near future will continue to increase.

Mentioned below are some of the top Content Marketing Trends in 2021:

Content Marketing Trends #1: Marketing via VIDEO CONTENT

Marketing-via-VIDEO-CONTENT

Video content marketing occurs when companies create videos so as to spice up their visibility online. Video content is often published on YouTube or a social networking site. However, it could even be within the variety of:

  • online courses,
  • webinars live video,

  • Corporate Films,
  • Animated,
  • Informative,
  • Documentary,
  • Explainer,
  • Instructional,
  • Do-It-Yourself Videos,
  • 360º experience or experiencial,
  • Product videos,
  • workplace culture,
  • reviews,
  • Public Service Announcement (PSA),
  • FAQ,
  • Tutorial,
  • Webinar,
  • Customized,
  • Thank you videos,
  • and so on so forth.

Reasons for the utilization of video in marketing has become now more crucial than ever before, as:

  • Videos are a superb,
  • Videos provide a decent ROI.
  • Video is put into use for a large Range of Situations
  • People adore video.
  • Videos are Excellent for SEO.

Marketing with video is a superb approach to succeed in intent on customers. Creating and sharing high-quality video content is simpler than ever before for businesses.

If video isn’t currently a component of your content strategy, consider experimenting with some projects.

Content Marketing Trends #2:CHANGE THE EXPERIENCE WITH THE CONTENT

CHANGE-EXPERIENCE-WITH-CONTENT

The effort to improve the content experience is one of the content marketing trends that will undoubtedly continue. Instead than relying just on keywords and rankings, more emphasis will be placed on how consumers engage with content.

The content will be geared towards a complete package presentation. Every facet of the user experience, including:

  • first impression,
  • convenience of use, and
  • ability to close a transaction,

will be considered in website content.

Many web sites will go beyond content and include webinars, podcasts, and various call-to-action parts.

Content Marketing Trends #3: REDIRECT THE CONTENT FOCUS

REDIRECT-CONTENT-FOCUS

Generalist information may be all you intend to provide the audience, depending on the size of your marketing budget and the resources at your disposal.

However, putting a greater emphasis on actual services and products within content will increase attention and prospective purchases. Businesses may remain lean and save money by tailoring their content to these more narrow regions.

Work on content that will appeal to your target consumers, concentrating on a few key subjects relevant to your services or sector.

Product launches, upgrades, and user integrations are all important methods to boost the return on investment for content initiatives.

4: CONTENT DRIVEN BY AI

CONTENT-DRIVEN-BY-AI

Many people find the concept of employing artificial intelligence to be frightening and daunting.

The usage of AI, on the other hand, has been in the works for years and will transform your content marketing efforts.

AI will be able to offer complete blogs, captions, and summaries based on data and customer demand with the help of specialist tools.

There is no concern about losing human involvement in the content creation process. This is because, the technology still requires significant development and modifications.

5: CONTENT COMMUNITY FORMULATION

CONTENT-COMMUNITY-FORMULATION

Communication systems such as Slack have grown in popularity across sectors. It highlighted the need of leveraging content marketing to build an online community.

These enable more open and diversified content exchange, fostering an atmosphere conducive to open dialogue with other marketers and clients.

Content marketers can invest less resources and execute day-to-day relationships more efficiently if all communications take place on a single platform.

6: Cross-Channel Content Repurposing

Cross-Channel-Content-Repurposing

Avoid beginning content from scratch. Repurpose your engaging, high-quality content instead of making a splash in the content world.

You don’t need to make a blog post about it, especially, when a webinar is available. Make use of:

  • content highlights,
  • quotations, or
  • other bits of long-form material

to showcase current content in new channels and on social media marketing.

Don’t get bogged down in creating fresh material every time a new topic or idea comes up.

Also, keep your content trail similar across platforms to make it easy for customers to follow.

7. Do not forget SEO.

Do-not-forget-SEO

One of the most important aspects of creating content is:

Understanding and the implementation of an efficient search engine optimization strategy.

There’s a lot of change within the SEO field. This makes it difficult to keep track of important updates. It also difficult to track, the way your content is ranked. It takes some creativity to keep up with big marketing firms. These firms might have the money and experience to take your thunder.

It is possible to be a pro in SEO. And constantly enhancing your content to get it appear high on the search pages. Yet the benefits are worth it. This increased visibility helps you increase visitors and generate more sales.

Content-Marketing-Trends-2021

Hence, it is difficult to determine the developments that will impact the industry of content in the coming years. It is however likely that certain trends in content will be in use. As businesses continue to create content that appeals to their customers and their customers.

It will be more essential for businesses to develop appealing and instructive for customers.

In the end, it is likely that content will remain an essential component of both the Internet and the marketing mix. The rise of social media will continue to grow more evident.

Content-based marketing will be an increasingly important element of the mix. The coming years can see the trends continue to grow.

This pandemic (Covid-19) situation has turned out to be a life-threatening affair for many. And the remaining rest of us are also fearing as to not to fall prey to this by any means.

This situation has made us learn that we always need to:

  • maintain social distance,
  • always wear mask,
  • use sanitizers,

In case we feel any symptoms, then without any doubt:

  • we just need to isolate ourself,
  • need to consult the doctor for better medications and,
  • also need to undergo certain good diet and exercises to boost our immune system.

In this second wave it is also observed that sudden dip in the health or in certain cases maximum deaths has happened due to lack of O2 i.e., Oxygen.

Oxygen (O2) is the primary resource of energy for human body. Hence, it is our responsibility to maintain the abundance and also the breathable level O2 in the environment.

For that we need lots and lots of trees and plants to maintain the balance in the eco system.

During this pandemic situation we have observed that many patients have dip in their oxygen levels. Hence it is our choice now to strictly decide whether we need to rely on oxygen cylinders for better present and future or we can have abundance of oxygen in the environment by having plenty of trees and plants.

Make it a mission to plant as many as trees and plants as possible.

Educate yourself, educate your kids and educate people around.

Remember, together we all can make it possible and make our mother earth breathe with more and more oxygen.

The post DEAR HR: A Response would have been Better appeared first on Taped-It Media.

The role of Human Resource (HR) Manager is not as easy as it looks as they have to undergo lots of roles and processes.

The Human Resource Manager not only has to help the organization to hire the best resources in the right time frame but also works as:

  • the mentor,
  • mediator,
  • spokesperson,
  • path identifier,
  • advisor,
  • facilitator,
  • team motivator,
  • philosopher,
  • problem solver,
  • welfare organizer,
  • service provider and
  • the strategy formulator, etc.

for the employee, employer, and the organization. Though need to not mention there are many other roles as well which an HR manager performs on a day-to-day basis. Communication is one of those. Hence, they play a very critical role in achieving the organization’s goals and success.

Communication is Important

Communication is an important aspect in both professional and personal aspects of life. In terms of profession, communication is the key to the growth of the organization and the respective individual as well. One wrong communication or no communication at all can be extremely dangerous.

During the process of hiring, once the candidate is not selected or is kept on hold, this has been observed that most of the HR Executives / Managers do forget or in few cases tentatively do not communicate back to them. This lack of communication harms the respective HR Executives / Managers, the organization, and it’s Brand Reputation/goodwill. First of all, such behavior looks extremely unprofessional and it also creates an extremely bad reputation/goodwill of the HR representative and his/her respective organization. Sometimes, the HR Executives / Manager do carry the same baggage with them to their next organizations as well.

Need of the Hour:

The only simple task is to “Just Communicate”.

They just need to communicate to their respective candidates in case of:

·        Whether the employee is not selected,

·        Their hiring is on hold (can be for numerous reasons). It is okay not to tell the exact reason but is always good to inform at least,

·        The job role is on hold for some time (Example: Due to Covid-19 Pandemic Situation)

·        For maybe any other reasons. But still, please do communicate it to the candidate.

·        The art of saying “We will get back to you”, either in text or verbally. Through, this is a very diplomatic and the safest answer by most of the HR professionals which simply means “Not Selected” and most of the candidates know this and are used to this answer.

Hence, as mentioned earlier, HR professionals do play a very critical role in achieving the organization’s goals and success. They need to communicate with the candidates, whom they intend to hire, especially to the ones who are not selected or are on hold for whatever reason/s.

TAILOR OF THE MASKS https://taped-it.com/tailor-of-the-masks/ https://taped-it.com/tailor-of-the-masks/#respond Tue, 28 Sep 2021 11:40:27 +0000 https://taped-it.com/?p=1114 Like all other tailors, Subash also used to do his tailoring job in the respective market. (Brahmaputra Market in Noida

The post TAILOR OF THE MASKS appeared first on Taped-It Media.

Like all other tailors, Subash also used to do his tailoring job in the respective market.

(Brahmaputra Market in Noida Sector-29, Uttar Pradesh, India)

Though he was earning quite well during the pre-covid time but post that and post lockdown. Like many he was also broken financially. He has to take care of his family, himself and also needs to retain his roadside store (what we call “Tapri” in Hindi) as well.

During this time he received very few orders and that too majorly from the old customers only. As there was a huge demand for masks, sanitizers, disinfectants, etc., he got an idea of selling the masks.

As there are certain costs involved in the final product when it comes to the retail end for reselling the products to the customer. Hence, the margins were low and not enough to sell and sustain in the market.

Post-Covid Fight Back Story

His advantage was that he is a tailor by profession and very well know how to sew and redefine clothes. Hence, he decided to use his talent and sew the masks by himself. He already had a bunch of waste cloth materials that were obtained from the residue of the clothes which he sewed.

And later –on tied up with various tailors or cloth houses to collect their waste cloth materials. Initially, he started by making the masks with basic designs only. But as the demand starts increasing he made trendy and latest fashion masks.

Usually, ladies who give him her suit or any other cloth to be sewed, he makes the matching mask from the same cloth for them. He also creates customized masks as per the demand of the respective customers.

It depends if they want to utilize his stock of clothes or if they need to bring their own cloth for the masks. People like Subash are quite innovative and full of enthusiasm. They do not hesitate to go against the bigger giants in the market to create survival for themselves.

I have found his story inspirational. And I would like to request you to support and encourage Subash and the small vendors like Subash by purchasing products from them.
